Randolph-Akushie, Head of the Human Resource and Capacity Development Department, the decision was made due to the employee’s failure to complete a satisfactory six-month probationary period.
Details of the Termination
The letter states that Ms. Kittoe’s employment will be terminated in accordance with the terms of her contract of employment. The Bank regrets to inform her that her appointment cannot be confirmed, and she will be paid one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
Return of Bank Property
Ms. Kittoe is required to return all items belonging to the Bank that are currently in her possession to the Human Resource and Capacity Development Department before June 23, 2025.
