The Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) has reopened an investigation involving former Sanitation Minister Cecilia Abena Dapaah. The case was previously investigated by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP), which forwarded a duplicate of the case file to EOCO for review and possible investigation.
