Ghana Police Interdict Five Officers for Social Media Misconduct

The Ghana Police Service has interdicted five of its officers for misconduct involving the use of police uniforms for unauthorized purposes on social media. The announcement was made in a press release dated December 16, 2025, from the Public Affairs Directorate, Police Headquarters, Accra.

Officers Involved
The interdicted personnel are:
1. No. 45545 G/Sgt. Samuel Agbemanyale
2. No. 50300 G/Cpl. Isaac Mpere
3. No. 51816 G/Cpl. Samuel Agbo
4. No. 56563 G/Cpl. Charles Oduro
5. No. 14494 PW/Const. Elizabeth Dicka Korkor

Actions Taken
– The officers have been referred to the Police Professional Standards Bureau for further investigation.
– Necessary disciplinary actions will be taken based on the investigation’s findings.
