Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, the founder of Heaven Way Church, has been convicted by the Accra Circuit Court for charlatanic advertisement and defrauding by false pretenses. The court, presided over by Her Honor Evelyn Asamoah, has ordered a pregnancy test to be conducted on Nana Agradaa before sentencing.
The conviction stems from allegations that Nana Agradaa ran a money-doubling scam, where she promised to double the money of her church members. However, after collecting the money, she shut down her church and became unreachable. The police received numerous complaints from victims, leading to her arrest and subsequent trial
